The
Crystals
When
Phil Spector discovered THE CRYSTALS, not one was yet out of high
school. Their first recording was also their first hit catapulting
them straight to the world famous Apollo Theater in New York.
They continued their successful recordings with five more TOP
TEN records including, HE'S A REBEL, DA DOO RON RON, and THEN
HE KISSED ME. The group has scaled from five members to three
presently, the others having left for family life. THE CRYSTALS
now consist of Dee Dee Kenniebrew, who was there from the very
first record, Gretchen Gale and Marcella Matthews.
